SHIPPING

For Canadian orders

As soon as we receive your order, you’ll get an email confirming the transaction.

Your order will be shipped via Canada Post or Dicom 1–5 business days after it is processed in our warehouse. We’re pleased to offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $150 CAD. For orders less than $150, shipping is $7 across Canada.

For shipping all across the world

We ship worldwide and try to offer you the best shipping rates. Once we receive your order, you’ll get an email confirming the transaction.

Your order should arrive within 7–10 business days, but depending on your location, shipping time could be up to 2–3 weeks. International orders will be shipped with Canada Post or Dicom for $25.

RETURNS

We hope you love the products as much as we do! But if that is not the case and you wish to return your order, we offer hassle-free returns. Items that are unworn, unwashed or have a manufacturing defect may be returned with all tags attached within 14 days after your order was placed. They can be returned in their original packaging. To make things easy for you, there an adhesive strip inside the folded seam so you can reuse the original bag. All you need is to place the included return sheet, the products your wish to return and drop it off at the delivery carrier!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

In case of an exchange, we will ship your new item to you for free.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. When your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation that we processed the refund to your original form of payment.

Note: We do not refund any original shipping costs you may have incurred.

Canadian orders:  Nothing could be easier than returning your order! Simply follow the steps below.

  1. Put all unwanted unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached in the original bag or box and remove old shipping labels.
  2. Fill out the return form provided and make sure to put it in the box.
  3. Drop it off at the delivery carrier.

International orders:  Nothing could be easier than returning your order! Simply follow the steps below. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

  1. Put back all unwanted items unwashed, unworn with original tags on in the original bag or box and remove old shipping stickers.
  2. Go to any shipping center to get a new label.  *Use a tracking number.
  3. Fill out the return form provided and make sure to put it in the box.
  4. Mail your product to:

RETURNS and EXCHANGE

Items must be unworn and unwashed, and all tags must be attached. Once we receive your return, we will check the product and process the refund to your original form of payment.

We do allow exchanges for the same style only. Please contact us at orders@oraki.ca so we can check product availability. We will cover the cost to ship your new package. We can only exchange products purchased on www.oraki.ca. To return or exchange an item purchased in a store, please return to the store where you made your initial purchase and they should be able to help you.

Please use a carrier that provides you with a tracking number so your package doesn’t get lost or damaged.

SALES ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

MANUFACTURING DEFECT

Unfortunately, it can happen. Please know that we stand behind our high-quality products and services. If you find a defect in the seams or workmanship, please send a picture of the defect to orders@oraki.ca and we’ll get back to you within 1–7 business days. If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will send you a new item without any shipping charges.

WE STAND BEHIND OUR QUALITY

Although products manufacturer defects unfortunately happen and cannot be completely avoided, our entire line of products is created with longevity in mind. Our garment is made to be worn, gently washed in cold water and hung to dry. Fabric pilling is normal to some degree. It is caused by the fiber breaking through. Pilling is mostly cause by sitting on rough surfaces or by being exposed to and rubbing against objects. Never hesitate to contact us about our product quality and we will try our best to help you.

MADE IN CANADA

All our cutting and sewing is done here in Quebec, Canada.

We have fabric knitting manufacturers in Canada and in the US. We choose manufacturers that have all the equipment required to produce the specific fabrics that match our needs. No matter where the fabric is manufactured, it is 100% made from recycled plastic bottles, certified REPREVE. All materials are transferred to our facilities in Quebec where the garments are assembled.

BPA FREE

BPA stands for bisphenol A, an industrial chemical that has been used to make certain plastics for years. BPA exposure is widely considered a health risk, which is why we only use PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottles, identified by the number 1 to make our fabric, as they do not contain any BPA.
